This belief motivated us to curate unseen architectural products from manufacturers worldwide. Beyond a traditional showroom “it will feel more like a gallery where the finely selected brands will be presented.” The aim is to create an area that inspires those involved in the luxury real estate sector, architects, interior designers and project developers.
The space is a creative hub where design enthusiasts will come together at exclusive events. For manufacturers it will be a high-class venue to present exceptional products in the most inspiring setting.

Apure, with over 30 years of experience working with renowned architects like Zaha Hadid, Norman Foster and Richard Meier to name a few, the award-winning lighting design studio and manufacturer, headquartered in Germany and the USA is the initiator and project co-founder. Second founding partner is the well-respected construction firm Neo Form Mallorca, with over 20 years of experience in the business, a brilliant combination to showcase excellence.

The history
The German lighting designer Uli Petzold has always been fascinated by the coherent design, functionality and quality of a brand. For someone like him, who understands the interplay of shapes, surfaces or lines, good design is "if you can't see that it's design". That is and remains his motto.
Petzold, a real cosmopolitan, has lived in Miami for more than three decades. In 2013 he founded Apure, a company that has since become an internationally successful company for progressive lighting design. The innovative lighting, all designed by the renowned studio F.A. Porsche, are unique in their properties and shape. The smallest of the miniaturized lights are barely bigger than a 10 cent coin. Apure has already won numerous international design awards.
Light that conveys a feeling of well-being needs to be addressed appropriately. In the run-up to planning, personal discussions with his customers therefore take up a lot of time. Petzold wants to understand exactly which individual mood should be developed in the premises. In this method, the US interior design magazine Luxe recognized visible traces of his German roots. Apure has showrooms and representative offices on four continents. Currently it is present in 50 cities and 22 countries.
The most recent location will be the Balearic Islands - as of summer 2022. This is where the latest light creations will appear in the new SILENT LUXURY LIVING format in Palma de Mallorca. A real "must-see" location, as the internationally experienced designer notes. For the orientation of the island as a refuge for investors, which is forced by the government of Mallorca, new construction and expansion as well as the redesign of high-quality real estate increase by leaps and bounds.
Petzold doesn't want to see the SILENT LUXURY LIVING concept reduced to the formal. He considers light design without humanity to be unthinkable. "Our customers should not see the result of our work, but rather feel and sense it."
This is exactly where he hits the core of „silent luxury" and personal exclusivity. Individual light needs an appealing ambience for effect and development. This is the basis of the idea of SILENT LUXURY LIVING: A unique showroom, designed for interior designers, project developers, builders and other interested parties. All should be able to experience a world of the undiscovered: the true luxury of interior options. Gothic churches, picturesque squares and centuries-old courtyards characterize the old town of Palma. Lovers of old and new treasures will enjoy the galleries, interior and design shops, and numerous top-notch restaurants. The team
From the headquarters in Miami, Apure controls the individual project development and technical realization worldwide. A team of multilingual architects, engineers and lighting planners of different nationalities ensure an uncomplicated and perfect implementation up to the installation and commissioning.
The lighting systems are manufactured in Germany and installed by specially trained technicians.
